About the Team
Gramener was founded by leaders with business management track record in high- tech services for Fortune 50 companies (IBM, Citibank, Infosys, Accenture, Boston Consulting, etc) with high caliber, guided by professional ethics and relevant competencies with education from best of breed institutions (IIT, NIT and IIM) of the world.
Gramener is led by a recognized industry leader and ex-CEO of a Tier 2 leading IT Service organization. He has been instrumental in leading the company to move the ranking from 72nd to 46th amongst the Top 100 IT companies of India during his CEO tenure.
The Gramener team's past professional experience includes Managed IT Services Portfolios of multimillion dollars, leading full lifecycle of IT Services (Order to Cash), Performed Management Consulting & IT consulting for many leading clients and diverse industry vertical experience (Utilities, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing etc.)

J Ramachandran
Ram is an industry veteran with over 20 years of Technology Services experience and holds a Master's Degree in Technology from IIT Kanpur. Ram, at IBM Global Services USA, has led thought and implementations for Fortune 50 customers in adoption and implementation of technology. Ram was the CEO of a 200 Million Dollar IT Services Company. He guides Gramener with the purpose of providing consistent and impacting contributions to the human fraternity through technology led ethical enterprises.
Naveen Gattu
Naveen co-founded Gramener along with like-minded and seasoned professionals. Naveen handles business development and operations of the company.
Naveen is a seasoned executive with deep experience in industry that has predominantly been in the consulting and outsourcing arena. He has been with IBM for a decade in North America and held various strategic roles for Tier 2 Indian IT firm. He has been responsible for delivering number of complex technology led business transformation programs for Financial Services. He brings vast experience in Sales, Alliance Management, Program Management and Global Delivery.
In addition to a Bachelors degree in electronics and telecommunication, he has done leadership courses related to Strategic Account Management and Global Management of teams.
C R Vengatesh
CR Vengatesh (CRV) is a Chartered Accountant by profession having close to 20 years of professional and business experience covering the areas of finance, accounting and business management. He is a member of the board of directors of Atna Technologies, Gramener, Nilgiri Glenburn Tea and Peopleturf.
Vengatesh is also the co-founder & Charter Member of TiE-Coimbatore and an Apex Body Member of The Art of Living.
S Anand
Anand has advised and designed IT systems for organisations such as the Aditya Birla Group, Citigroup, Honda, ICICI, IBM, Oracle, RBS & SAP, Steelcase, Tesco, etc.
Anand has an MBA from IIM Bangalore with two gold medals and a B.Tech from IIT Madras. He has worked at IBM, Lehman Brothers, The Boston Consulting Group and Infosys Consulting. He blogs at s-anand.net.

B Ganes Kesari
Vice President - Products
Ganes is responsible for Customer Delivery, Product Strategy and leads all aspects of the company's R&D efforts. He has rich experience in Program Managing large multi-million dollar engagements for Fortune-50 and big Indian clients. Prior to joining Gramener, Ganes was with HCL Technologies handling Delivery responsibility for large IT Services engagements.
In his career, he has played a variety of delivery leadership roles managing large, complex engagements. He has a demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, take over & strategically manage accounts in crisis-mode to achieve successful turnaround.
Ganes holds a B.Tech degree from CECRI and has also completed his MBA (full-time) from FMS, Delhi University. He is an avid chess player and has played at the National Level.
