Better design

Over the course of the last few years, we've experienced a number of design patterns and anti-patterns — things that we should and should not do.

Training people to follow these guidelines is cumbersome and time-consuming. Instead, we created this poster to hang by our water-coolers. That makes it easier to have design conversations and reviews, as well as a starting point for ideation.
