Anand is a data geek. His affair with programmatically analyzing data began in the mid-90s at IIT Madras. From Linux based grep, sed and awk, he then moved on to PERL and Excel, and now Python. *"Tools are never the concern, the motive and the execution is,"* believes Anand.

Siva is responsible for Customer Delivery at Gramener. He has over 18 years of rich experience in IT Industry spanning Global Delivery, Program Management, PMO and Operations Management.
In his career, Siva has led large multi-million dollar engagements involving complete IT Lifecycle of outsourcing with multiple technologies, multiple geographies and diverse industry verticals with consistent success. Prior to Gramener, Siva performed various technical and delivery leadership roles in Organizations like CMC Ltd, Birlasoft, Prolifics etc. Siva holds a Master’s Degree from IIT, Kharagpur.
Ram is the founding CEO of Gramener, and currently advises Gramener on strategy.
Ram is an industry veteran with over 20 years of Technology Services experience and holds a Master’s Degree in Technology from IIT Kanpur. Ram, at IBM Global Services USA, led thought and implementations for Fortune 50 customers in adoption and implementation of technology. Ram was the CEO of a 200 Million Dollar IT Services Company. He guides Gramener with the purpose of providing consistent and impacting contributions to the human fraternity through technology led ethical enterprises.
Vengatesh (CRV) is a Chartered Accountant by profession having more than 20 years of professional and business experience covering the areas of finance, accounting and business management. He is a member of the board of directors of Teknoturf, Atna Technologies, Gramener, Nilgiri Glenburn Tea and Peopleturf. Vengatesh is also a founding Charter Member of TiE-Coimbatore and an active volunteer of The Art of Living.
Ganes heads the Design & Analytics Practice at Gramener, wherein he takes on the mantle of Data Evangelist. His mandate is to put our client’s data to its most effective use - whether through consulting on data to drive effective business outcomes, or running advanced analytics to ferret out hidden insights, or helping weave an engaging data narrative by leveraging User Experience & Information Design. He has a talent for interpreting complex concepts or technology solutions into everyday conversational language that excites clients in solving their business challenges.
Sundeep heads the Product Development Practice at Gramener, wherein he takes on the mantle of creating IP Solutions. His mandate is to identifying opportunities for product innovation or identifying solutions for horizontal business problems and focus on commercialisation of innovative ideas.
Sundeep has played a variety of delivery leadership roles managing technology teams at Birlasoft, complex E-commerce re-architecture engagements at Comcast. Sundeep holds a B. Tech from GPREC and MBA from SCMHRD, Pune.
Vijay is responsible for heading region sales for Gramener based out of Mumbai. He has rich experience in Marketing, Business Analytics and Sales. Prior to joining Gramener, Vijay was with Tata Teleservices where he was heading Prepaid Marketing for Karnataka and Kerala Circles.
