Job Responsibilities

• Manage Design practice of the organization
• Responsible for creating framework creating engaging design across projects
• Responsible for demonstrating the design capabilities to customers in a Consultative manner
• Provide guidance to the design team on the overall design approach across engagements
• Work along with the customer in case of any issues & getting the same resolved.
• Team building – hire designers, other resources as needed and create the design organization.
• Perform relevant cross functional tasks as required. Being a startup company, you will be required to wear multiple hats

Qualification

• From premier institute preferably NID with 10 + years of experience
• Should have extensive experience in Information design , UX & Interaction design
• Product design experience is good to have
• Should have a good part of the experience in services, consulting
• Experience in leading teams – Review, Mentor Upskill teams
• Preferably a known figure in the design ecosystem
• Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore
