About the Role

We are looking for a Lead UI Designer to join our Demand Generation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design team under the Demand Generation org. You’ll be overseeing brand collaterals to primarily assist Marketing, Sales and Accounts.

Work location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development, and delivery of all creative projects alongside all departments to include branding, marketing, digital, web, design and media
• Ability to conceptualize and design for a wide range of marketing mediums
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, sitemaps and wireframes
• Design conversion elements like Landing pages and Ad copies prioritizing User Experience at all times
• Create and translate design templates across all collaterals to maintain brand reputation and recall
• Interact with different departments to review designs and solicit feedback
• Conduct periodical internal surveys with stakeholders from various business functions to enable a 360-degree feedback loop

Qualifications

• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating start-end UI and UX process and design skills (typography, grid-based design, white space and color theory etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree Engineering, design, computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven work experience as a UI Designer
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Adobe XD)
• You must have knowledge in the following tools/software: Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch
• Able to work collaboratively in small teams with other specialized individuals
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, a passion for quality, and the ability to conceptualize and define a beautiful UI/UX
• Previous experience for a US-based product/service company is a huge plus
