Business Development Director (Hunter) Position for Sales Leader Sector
About The Position
We invite you to be part of the Gramener Sales team to grow revenue streams. Selling AI/ML solutions and Gramex low-code platform subscriptions (PaaS) are Gramener’s core focus and strategic growth areas. We are growing at 40% CAGR and looking for hunters who can complement the U.S. Sales team and craft our joint success story.
We are looking for a hungry professional responsible for generating NNR (Net New revenue) for Gramener’s platform and services in the Singapore. region. You are focused solely on gaining entry into new logos, and you will not have any account mining responsibilities. The hunter has a proven ability to establish strong relationships with enterprise clients (including at the CXO level). The professional opens doors for new opportunities in the Singapore region.
We are a Microsoft Gold Partner, and we have successfully delivered data and AI solutions to several big logos such as Novartis.
At Gramener, we consult and deliver design-led data solutions with impactful, actionable insights at their core. We are growing at 40% CAGR and looking for leaders who can complement the team and jointly craft the success story. You will be involved in preparing large transformation programs (multi-year contracts) and generating PaaS revenue.
You should have the ability to carry out independent discussions with CXOs and key stakeholders. We're looking to work with someone who is well-connected and has the spirit of entrepreneurship.

- Identifying prospective clients and creating the go-to-market plan for the Singapore region and ESG vertical
- Closed deals in hunting new business >250K USD
- Track record in prospecting, pitching, and contract closures
- Ability to articulate the business value of moving up the data-driven leadership culture
- Experience in working with global clientele and geographically distributed teams
- Natural leader, motivated and energetic, with high emotional intelligence
