Associate Inside Sales Representative

Where: Hyderabad, India

Job Description:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email, and social networking in your assigned SBU
  • Identifying sales opportunities through primary, secondary research including building up and maintaining prospects’ database
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations
  • Establish and maintain a relationship with prospective clients
  • Schedule 1:1 meeting with prospects
  • Maintain inside sales activity records in CRM
  • Meet weekly and quarterly inside sales targets and log all prospecting activity in CRM
  • Position the value of Gramener’s offerings to prospects and partners requirements
  • Candidate must have excellent communication and English-speaking skills
  • Be hungry and have the desire to drive top-line revenue
  • Must be aggressive and dynamic with the right attitude
  • Must be confident and should have a pleasing personality
  • Write enticing emails clearly articulating the value of Gramener’s offerings

Required skillset:

  • Have excellent relationship building and organizational skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-changing field.

You must have:

  • 0 -2 years’ experience in business development/ cold calling or as inside sales rep
  • Willingness to work in 5 PM to 2 AM IST shift.
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing [preferred]
  • excellent communication skills
  • a go–getter attitude to go the extra mile & achieve targets.
