Associate Inside Sales Representative
Where: Hyderabad, India

Job Description:
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, and social networking in your assigned SBU
- Identifying sales opportunities through primary, secondary research including building up and maintaining prospects’ database
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations
- Establish and maintain a relationship with prospective clients
- Schedule 1:1 meeting with prospects
- Maintain inside sales activity records in CRM
- Meet weekly and quarterly inside sales targets and log all prospecting activity in CRM
- Position the value of Gramener’s offerings to prospects and partners requirements
- Candidate must have excellent communication and English-speaking skills
- Be hungry and have the desire to drive top-line revenue
- Must be aggressive and dynamic with the right attitude
- Must be confident and should have a pleasing personality
- Write enticing emails clearly articulating the value of Gramener’s offerings
Required skillset:
- Have excellent relationship building and organizational skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-changing field.
You must have:
- 0 -2 years’ experience in business development/ cold calling or as inside sales rep
- Willingness to work in 5 PM to 2 AM IST shift.
- MBA in Sales and Marketing [preferred]
- excellent communication skills
- a go–getter attitude to go the extra mile & achieve targets.
