Business Development Director (Hunter)
Location: Princeton, New Jersey (USA) & Mumbai (India)
About the Job
Do you prefer selling on value and return on investment (ROI) over technical functionality? If your answer is “Yes”, come and be a part of our sales team. We are looking for hunters to join our U.S. sales team and craft our joint success story.
In this job, you will:
- drive new business sales activities at a customer level partnering with the Cloud (AWS/Azure) Account Managers within the existing regional account base as well as hunting new logos
- sell AI/ML products and solution subscriptions
- create strong bonds with CXO-level clients
- align with marketing demand generation team to ensure system capabilities are streamlined and drive enhancements/efficiencies wherever required
- be responsible to drive MRR & ARR end-to-end sales for the region assigned
- prepare cost estimates, proposals & appropriate contracts for solutions & services sales

- be able to link with CXO-level clients by yourself
- know people in the right places and be a go-getter
- feel the thrill of using data to tell stories
- enjoy working in a fast-changing field
- have 8-15 years of sales cycle experience selling to large and medium size enterprises
- have hunting stints selling technology-enabled services, platforms, etc.
- have the skill to spot prospective clients.
