Business Development Director (Hunter)

Location: Princeton, New Jersey (USA) & Mumbai (India)

About the Job

Do you prefer selling on value and return on investment (ROI) over technical functionality? If your answer is “Yes”, come and be a part of our sales team. We are looking for hunters to join our U.S. sales team and craft our joint success story.

In this job, you will:

  • drive new business sales activities at a customer level partnering with the Cloud (AWS/Azure) Account Managers within the existing regional account base as well as hunting new logos
  • sell AI/ML products and solution subscriptions
  • create strong bonds with CXO-level clients
  • align with marketing demand generation team to ensure system capabilities are streamlined and drive enhancements/efficiencies wherever required
  • be responsible to drive MRR & ARR end-to-end sales for the region assigned
  • prepare cost estimates, proposals & appropriate contracts for solutions & services sales

  • feel the thrill of using data to tell stories
  • enjoy working in a fast-changing field
  • have 8-15 years of sales cycle experience selling to large and medium size enterprises
  • have hunting stints selling technology-enabled services, platforms, etc.
  • have the skill to spot prospective clients.
