Junior UI/UX Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will support website development tasks, including landing page designs and WordPress management, to enhance user experience and maintain brand consistency. This role is ideal for someone with a creative flair, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement website updates and landing pages.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the user experience across Straive’s websites, ensuring mobile responsiveness and UX best practices.
• Work on WordPress to manage content, update themes, and improve site performance.
• Create visually appealing designs for digital media that align with Straive's brand guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and ensure consistency of UI style across various landing pages, assets etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in design, web development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• A creative portfolio demonstrating basic UI/UX design principles, such as typography, layout, and color theory.
• Familiarity with WordPress and advanced HTML/CSS, JavaScript for implementing website changes.
• Familiarity with landing page builders like elementor and beaver builder.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and handle multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating a user-friendly website.
