Roles and Responsibilities

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive organic social media strategies for Straive’s key social platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others. This role will manage the full lifecycle of LinkedIn and Google ad campaigns, ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. Additionally, this position will work closely with internal teams to develop content assets and support webinar initiatives.

You will:

  • Develop and implement organic social media strategies to drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Create content calendars for social channels, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid LinkedIn/Google ad campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement.
  • Monitor and manage budgets for paid campaigns, adjusting spend based on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the business teams to get in-depth campaign information and reviews.
  • Collaborate with the content team and other departments to ideate and develop high-quality content assets, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and case studies.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to help plan and organize webinars, ensuring the integration of promotional activities across social media channels.
  • Coordinate efforts between teams for pre and post-event promotions to ensure the success of webinars.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on social media strategy, LinkedIn campaign management, and Google Ads.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful organic social media strategies.
  • Expertise in running and optimizing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and ad management platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) and webinar platforms (Zoom, GoToWebinar) is a plus.
