Head Of Demand Generation

Roles and Responsibilities
- Demand Generation Strategy
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned to personas, audiences, and sales objectives to support pipeline and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of demand-generation strategies.
- Campaign Management
- Construct and bring to life marketing programs, including earned (SEO/SEM, website, email), paid (PPC, event sponsorships, social), and owned channels (web, webinar, podcast) and demand generation programs.
- Successfully create and roll out highly targeted and broad demand generation programs that engage and advance interest across the prospect and customer lifecycle.
- Messaging and Conversion
- Understand the minds of our buyers to create authentic conversations and promotions that move them through the funnel and speed up sales velocity.
- Own objectives across the marketing funnel – Inquiry to SQL – track and optimize performance at each stage in the funnel.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with C-level, sales, marketing, and prospects to ensure alignment and effective execution of demand generation strategies.
- Continuous Improvement
- Strengthen best practices while evaluating the latest B2B marketing strategies, and marketing technologies, and experimenting with different tactics.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales pipeline and revenue goals.
- Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze marketing program outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to inform decision-making.
- Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend on Hubspot.
- Team Management
- Lead, nurture, and develop a team of marketing program managers and SDRs.
- Manage budget and report on ROI.
- Content Creation and Event Planning
- Develop and implement a content strategy that supports demand generation goals, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other relevant content.
- Plan and execute webinars, conferences, and other events that support demand generation goals.
- Influencer Marketing and Account-Based Marketing
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that support demand generation goals.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies that support demand generation goals.
- Implement enhancements and new features as requested by stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use data and analytics to inform demand generation decisions and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
Skills and Qualifications
8+ years of experience in demand generation leadership roles, preferably in the B2B enterprise software space or a complex technical market with longer sales cycles.
Skills
- Excellent understanding of how to analyze and optimize conversion rates across the sales and marketing funnel.
- Extensive skills in marketing technology and automation systems, including Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, etc.
- Proven success in delivering demand generation programs across earned, paid, and owned channels.
- Direct experience managing SDRs or proven success in working closely with SDR teams.
- Data acquisition and management knowledge to support lead nurturing and outbound programs.
Education: MBA Degree
Nice to Have
- Certifications: Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certification, Google Analytics Certification, etc.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the enterprise software industry and its trends.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and any other local language.
