Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement website updates and landing pages.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the user experience across Straive’s websites, ensuring mobile responsiveness and UX best practices.
• Work on WordPress to manage content, update themes, and improve site performance.
• Create visually appealing designs for digital media, ensuring alignment with Straive’s brand guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and ensure consistency of UI style across various landing pages, assets etc.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX development experience to join our marketing team.
• Website development tasks, landing page designs, and WordPress management to improve user experience and brand consistency.
• This role is ideal for someone with a creative flair, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in design, web development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• A creative portfolio demonstrating basic UI/UX design principles, such as typography, layout, and color theory.
• Familiarity with WordPress and advanced HTML/CSS for implementing website changes.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and handle multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly websites.
